Your Personal Coach
Hi, I’m Caeslent – a Dutch nutrition coach based in the Netherlands.
From a young age, I’ve been passionate about sports and movement. I was always active – helping out with local sports activities, trying different sports, and developing a love for running that I still enjoy today.
I studied Sport and Exercise Management, and later completed a degree in Social Work.
Over time, I followed my passion and fully transitioned into the world of health and fitness. I worked alongside a nutrition coach, where I created personalized meal plans, led fitness classes, and organized cooking and sports workshops. These experiences helped me build a deep passion for coaching – and eventually inspired me to start my own business.
I speak Dutch, English, and Spanish, and my approach is energetic, down-to-earth, and focused on sustainable, lasting results. Whether your goal is to feel fitter, eat better, or simply enjoy movement again.
