    • Sunday: you send your reflections via email 
    • Monday: I reply with tailored feedback, motivation, and small tweaks 
  • Flexible guidance (no fixed meal plans): 
    • Suggestions for workdays, breakfast options, snacking, evening structure, food swaps
  • Optional: personalized grocery tips, macro calculation 

🧠 This is behavior-focused coaching — not about “2 kg weight loss” but about building sustainable routines.

Sustainable Habits & Meal Mentorship

Ideal for: People who want to build lasting habits and eat more mindfully — without counting calories — through consistent support and real-life strategies.

  • 2x coaching calls per month (45 min via Google Meet)

  • Weekly check-in via email:

    • You send 3 wins + 3 small challenges

    • I reply with tailored feedback, tips, and a weekly challenge

  • Weekly photo review (optional):

    • You send photos of meals/snacks (on Sunday)

    • I provide suggestions: what went well, what could be improved

  • Simple tips to help with structure and balance (e.g., “add protein at lunch”, “evening routine tweaks”)

  • Themes we cover: emotional eating, snacking, routines, social situations, mindful eating
